Terms of Service

These terms apply to pitcocy.com and to services bought from Pitcocy (Alfred Simon, the Netherlands). By using the site or buying a service, you agree to them. Questions: hello@pitcocy.com.

Services

I offer coaching, sprints and AI system builds. The scope, price and timeline of each engagement are agreed before work starts, in writing or on the service page. If a separate proposal or agreement exists, that takes precedence over these terms.

Payment

Prices are in euros. Fixed-price services are paid upfront via Stripe unless agreed otherwise. Invoices are due within 14 days.

Cancellations and refunds

You can reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance. Work already delivered is not refunded. If I can't deliver what was agreed, you get a refund for the part that wasn't delivered.

Your content and results

You keep ownership of your data and of the systems built for you, once paid. I may reuse general know-how, techniques and non-confidential code patterns. I keep anything you share confidential.

AI tools and systems can make mistakes. You're responsible for reviewing their output and how you use it.

Academy

Academy access is personal and non-transferable. Course content stays mine; don't redistribute it.

Liability

My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. I'm not liable for indirect damage such as lost revenue or data.

Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
