Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Pitcocy (Alfred Simon, the Netherlands) runs pitcocy.com. This page explains what personal data I collect, why, and what you can do about it. Questions: hello@pitcocy.com.

What I collect and why

  • Contact form: your name, email and message, so I can reply. Sent to my inbox via Resend.
  • Newsletter: your email, only if you sign up. Stored in Resend. Unsubscribe via the link in any email.
  • Academy account: your email and course progress, so you can log in and track lessons. Stored in Supabase.
  • Bookings: when you book a call, Google Calendar processes your name, email and anything you enter.
  • Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. I never see your card details.
  • Analytics: Vercel Analytics (cookieless, aggregated page views) and Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure visits and conversions.

The legal basis is your consent (newsletter, analytics), performing a contract (academy, payments, bookings) or my legitimate interest in answering messages.

Who processes your data

Resend, Supabase, Stripe, Google and Vercel act as processors. Some of them store data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. I don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Messages and booking details: as long as needed to help you, and up to 7 years where tax law requires it (invoices). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Academy account: until you ask me to delete it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how I use it. Email hello@pitcocy.com. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
